UK Delivery

UK delivery £5.

We use Royal Mail for UK deliveries. Please be aware that we use tracked delivery services, therefore we require a signature on delivery. If you want a parcel left unattended at your property, you can select this option with Royal Mail however you must be aware that once the item is scanned by the delivery driver as delivered, we will not be liable for any loss and cannot accept any responsibility if the parcel is missing or damaged.

International Delivery

Please contact us for a personalised quote for international delivery.

UK orders via Royal Mail are normally delivered with 48 hours if ordered before 12pm.

Please allow up to 10 working days for all orders. If your order is urgent, please call us  before ordering. 

You will receive a confirmation email immediately after purchase, and then a dispatch email with tracking details once the products are sent. 

Please ensure shipping details provided are correct as incorrect submissions may result in delays or additional delivery charges. 

Returns and Exchanges

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase you can return any unused items to us. All returns must be actioned within 14 days of receipt for a refund. 

Returns are at the customer's expense, using a courier of your choice. We recommend using a tracked, insured delivery. Our returns address is: BSC Returns, 14 Green Street, Bath, BA1 2JZ

It is very important that all items are returned to us in a saleable condition, so, when trying them on, please do not crease the uppers or scratch the finish on leather soles. They must be unworn and still in the original packaging with any labels, swing-tags, etc. still attached.  We reserve the right to withhold part/all the payment if not returned in a saleable condition as described above.

If returning a faulty product we suggest entering into correspondence with us prior to returning any product. If a genuine fault is found we will reimburse the cost of your postage. We suggest using insured postage as we are not liable for loss or damage in transit.

Please allow 14 working days for refunds from receipt.

Shoes customised and ordered on the "design your own" platform are final sale products and cannot be cancelled or refunded once production has begun. Please ensure the options you select during the design process are those that you wish to go ahead with.

Free Gifts

On occasion we offer free gifts with qualifying purchases, these are available whilst stock lasts and have no cash alternative. If for any reason (excluding faulty products) the original shoe or boot purchase is returned to the British Shoe Company so too must any free gift, in an unused resalable state. We reserve the right to withhold part/all the payment if not returned in a saleable condition.
